Booking Policy
Tutu Beauty Salon – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy At Tutu Beauty Salon, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies below: Arrival Time: • Punctuality: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed experience. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows, and we may not be able to accommodate your service. Booking Guidelines: • Advance Booking: Appointments can be scheduled up to 1 week in advance. • Last-Minute Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 15 mins prior to the desired time. • First-Time Laser Treatment Clients: A brief consultation is required before your initial laser treatment. Please select the consultation option when booking. Deposit Policy: • Booking Deposit: A £30 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling: • Notice Period: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments online up to 2 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund of the deposit. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or failure to attend without notice will result in the forfeiture of the £30 deposit. Waitlist Policy: • Joining the Waitlist: If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist online. • Automatic Booking: Our system will automatically offer available time slots to clients on the waitlist based on a first-come, first-served basis. • Notifications: Clients will be notified via automated messages when a slot becomes available.
